Photo walk through forchheim’s old town

Photo enthusiasts are invited to the instawalk today, 2. June, at 1 p.M. On the occasion of the forchheim instagram exhibition #forchheimshots! After the excursion to thurn castle and the ride on the steam train french switzerland, now the walk goes through the beautiful old town of forchheim. Meeting place is the town hall square in forchheim.
The instagram exhibition #forchheimshots! It doesn’t just happen on the digital picture network instagram: the organizers matthias hosch, sabrina friedrich and the tourist information of the city of forchheim also bring the community together offline – at the regular photo walks in the district, the instawalks. It is the last walk before the closing date for the contest on 15. June. Until this date, photo enthusiasts can post their pictures on instagram with the hashtag #forchheimshots18. A jury will select 100 pictures, which will be exhibited in july and august at the stadtbucherei forchheim in spitalstrasse 3.
The instawalk offers a unique opportunity to capture beautiful images and share them with the community. The tour leads through the most beautiful corners of the city center as well as through the underworld of forchheim. A guest guide will accompany the walk and provide participants with interesting background stories about the city of forchheim.
Forchheimshots initiator matthias hosch is looking forward to a lively participation: "the walks give us the opportunity to stay in touch offline, to take great pictures together and to make new contacts. Many familiar faces regularly come to the walks, which is very nice. Of course we will be even more pleased if a few newcomers join us. No matter if you are a camera or a smartphone user, an instagram pro or an offline user – everyone is welcome to take part in the instawalks." the number of participants is not limited and registration is not required.
